Super Important Safety Info


All TAKE OFF Adventurers need to watch a quick orientation Safety Video and have an in person safety briefing before taking off on their outing. We want to keep you safe, eh?

Bike Pick Up & Return

You can come grab your bike and gear AFTER 10:00 AM on your reservation day, okay buddy? Go have a blast, and then bring it back to us by 5:30 PM. All pickups and drop-offs will be at our handy Coombs headquarters.

Return & Cancellation Policy

We get it. Sometimes you’re not having a beauty day, things go wrong, and you have to cancel your super awesome Canadian outdoor adventure. That truly sucks, but it happens.

We want to be as accommodating as possible, so if something pops up please call us at 250-591-3021 and we’ll see what we can do.

We need to know at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel an hourly or a single day reservation if you want to a get full refund.

We charge a $15 administrative fee per item if you tell us less than 24 hours ahead.

Multi Day Rentals require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation. Less than 72 hours will result in a 25% administrative fee.
